Profile Summary : Experienced IT professional with a strong background in Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online administration. Skilled in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise-level messaging environments, ensuring high availability and security compliance. Proficient in user account management, mail flow diagnostics, and server performance monitoring. Demonstrates hands-on expertise in Intune, OneDrive, PowerShell scripting, and basic user provisioning and licensing. Key Responsibilities

• involves configuring and maintaining Microsoft Exchange servers and Exchange Online
• ensuring high availability, implementing security policies
• providing technical support to end-users for issues like mailbox access and mail flow problems.

• monitoring server performance, performing backups and disaster recovery,
• troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with other IT teams. Technical Experience
• 2 Deep knowledge and hands-on experience on the areas below :
• Intune
• One Drive
• Basic user provisioning management & licensing
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Exchange servers and Exchange Online.
• Create, configure, and manage user mailboxes, distribution groups, and public folders.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow tool for ticket management Additional Information
