Head Product Technology and Engineering AMEA

Purpose :

• To lead the Product Technology & Engineering resources in AMEA all of the 5 technical PT&E functions including Goa India PT&E technology center Application Technology center in Cikampek and formulation engineering in the County Units to support the business in AMEA and JANZ.
• Work with AMEA CP R&DP&S and Business Leaders to ensure that the commercial teams are fully supported with an exciting and applicable product pipeline.
• Working with the global PTE agree the technical infrastructure and people strategy for the technology center.
• With AMEA focus develop and promote effective technical teams that will provide innovative and scalable processes and solutions that will meet internal and external customer needs.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement (in collaboration with other PT&E leaders) to ensure we maintain efficient and effective product technology capabilities.
• Establish strong technical and people leadership delivering ongoing regional and global excellence through recruitment coaching and developing succession plans for the center.
