Key Responsibilities : 83; System Support & Maintenance : Provide high-level support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) systems, 60; ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance across various business 60; modules including FI, LS Retail, MFG, Purchase, Reporting, Sales, and 60; Warehouse.
- 83; Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve complex Navision issues, including performance 60; problems, data integrity issues, and user errors, ensuring swift and effective 60; resolution.
- 83; Root Cause Analysis : Perform root cause analysis on critical incidents and implement corrective 60; measures to prevent recurrence, ensuring continuous system stability and 60; operational excellence.
