Job Summary
- Chase and follow up on agents to ensure that all loan notices are received and processed
- Ensure secondary loans are servicing is done in accurate and timely manner
- Work with loan closer to ensure that Loan IQ properly reflects the positions per agent notices
- Work with settlement & investigations team on Nostro & suspense items on Loan
- Ability to handle stakeholders at Senior Management levels.
