Lead Game Developer (Mobile)

We are looking for a high-performing Lead Game Developer to join our fast-growing consumer app studio! As a Lead Game Developer, you will act as both engineering lead and product owner for the mobile games you build. You will co-own end-to-end development—from design to launch to scaling—and you will have direct exposure to asymmetric upside based on the revenue your games generate.

We're looking for a talented Lead Game Developer who wants to pioneer a new vertical of mobile gaming and build the next generation of high-converting, high-retention, and extremely profitable mobile games.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of game development : prototyping, production, launch, optimization.
• Lead technical development using Unity (or similar engines), ensuring fast iteration and experimentation.
• Build and maintain scalable game architecture optimized for mobile performance.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, marketers, and leadership to bring game concepts to life.
• Run rapid A / B tests on gameplay mechanics, levels, monetization flows, and UX.
• Analyze player behavior and game metrics to improve LTV, retention, session length, and monetization.
• Ship fast, iterate faster , and participate directly in shaping the gaming product roadmap.
• Mentor junior developers and help establish best practices and engineering standards within the gaming vertical.
• Participate in revenue-share upside aligned with the performance of the games you create.
