Technical Team Lead

to spearhead engineering efforts from the region.

This is a

flagship leadership opportunity

to shape the technical culture, build the local team from the ground up, and drive projects that power LLMs, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems used by thousands globally.

What You’ll Do :

Build, mentor, and lead

a growing engineering team (3–10 members) in Abu Dhabi

Own delivery

of high-impact technical initiatives in AI infrastructure, backend systems, and developer tooling

Act as the

technical bridge

between Abu Dhabi, Tel Aviv, and NYC teams to ensure seamless collaboration

Be deeply

hands-on with code , while also driving architecture, sprint planning, and team growth

Establish engineering best practices and a high-performance culture in a rapidly scaling environment.

‍ What We’re Looking For :

12–17 years of experience

in backend, infrastructure, or machine learning domains

Proven leadership

— 8+ years managing engineering teams in fast-paced settings

Strong knowledge of

Python, FastAPI , cloud-native systems (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), CI / CD

Deep experience with

AI agent frameworks, LangChain, vector databases , and modern LLM APIs

Passion for team-building, technical excellence, and cross-time-zone coordination.

Tech Environment :

Backend : Python, FastAPI

Infra : AWS, Docker, Kubernetes

AI Stack : LangChain, Pinecone / Weaviate, OpenAI, Anthropic

DevOps : GitHub Actions, CI / CD pipelines

Focus : Developer tools, AI agents, real-time search APIs

What Success Looks Like :

✅ In 30 days : Ramp up, understand systems, start hiring

✅ In 60 days : Drive local project execution, own sprint delivery

✅ In 90 days : Lead technical planning, formalize practices

✅ In 180 days : Fully own regional execution with a high-performing team under you
