We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Test Manager / QA Lead to drive quality assurance and testing excellence across our client engagements. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in managing offshore teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Own overall quality of testing and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Act as a key driver of test improvement initiatives , process enhancements, and automation strategies.
- Create and manage test strategy , resource planning , and technical skill mapping .
- Interact with client teams to address project risks, concerns, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with both client-specific and QualityKiosk processes .
- Consolidate and report project metrics , including test coverage, defect density, and execution status.
- Develop test design , execution plans , and testing schedules .
- Assign tasks, manage team workload, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Track project milestones , deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Manage and monitor offshore teams , providing timely inputs and clarifications.
- Capture and track new requirements and ensure their integration into the test scope.
- Coordinate with users for reviews, inputs, and approvals .
- Lead metrics measurement and implementation across testing activities.
- Report on test results , build test suites, write test cases, and manage defect lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to test processes and continuous improvement.
✅ Requirements
8–10 years of experience in software testing and QA leadership.Proven track record in managing large-scale testing projects and offshore teams.Strong understanding of test strategy, planning, and execution.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and test management platforms.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
