Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the AI practice
  • Align AI initiatives with broader digital transformation goals
  • Represent the practice in executive briefings, partner events, and industry forums

Practice Development

  • Build and scale a high-performing team of AI / ML engineers, data scientists, and consultants
  • Develop service offerings in AI / ML, GenAI, data analytics, and intelligent automation
  • Establish delivery methodologies, reusable assets, and quality frameworks

    • Solution Architecture & Delivery

  • Architect secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions tailored to client needs
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle—from ideation to deployment
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction across engagements

    • Thought Leadership & Innovation

  • Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and webinars to showcase expertise
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and integrate them into practice offerings
  • Promote ethical AI principles including transparency, fairness, and accountability

    • Business Development & P&L Ownership

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to craft go-to-market strategies
  • Engage with clients to identify opportunities and propose impactful solutions
  • Own revenue targets, cost management, and profitability for the practice

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ Overall experience with at least 5+ Years of years of experience in AI / ML, data

    • science, or analytics

  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing AI teams or practices
  • Proven success in building and scaling consulting practices
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, GenAI, and MLOps
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
  • Domain knowledge in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing is a plus
