The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic reporting team responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis. The team provides valuable insights and analysis on historical performance to drive profit, customer growth, and operational efficiency.

This exciting role offers future development opportunities beyond group financial reporting to include further insight, understanding, and analysis for wider finance and Dentsu group using evolving finance automation and tools.

The Group Reporting Analyst will present and analyze financial data for internal and external stakeholders to guide business decisions. They will utilize key reporting tools (Workday, Adaptive Insights, and SAP) to communicate business performance effectively.

The analyst reports into the Senior Finance Analyst under the Head of Reporting and Cash.

Responsibilities include contributing to global group monthly business performance reporting, preparation and analysis of regional financial reports, liaison with regional finance up to CFO level, navigation of ERP system and planning tool to leverage actuals / forecast data.

Data documentation in compliance with internal and external audit requirements demonstrates robust process and reporting control frameworks.

Support and drive ad hoc projects as requested by senior management including automation of reporting, efficiencies in data extraction and analysis, and deep dives in understanding Tag and Dentsu group business performance.

Job Qualifications : Experienced finance professional with strong academics ideally degree qualified from a reputable university with IFRS knowledge and accounting qualifications. Preference given to candidates with an accounting qualification.

Experience in FP&A, management accounting, or reporting for a large multi-currency company is ideal.

Proven problem solver with good planning and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative team player.
