Job descriptionCreate shipments on Seller Central / Vendor Central Prepare bulk boxes, labels, carton manifests Maintain Finished Goods (FG) stock levels Highlight low stock, expiry, and replenishment needs Handle incoming customer calls Support with product queries, order tracking, and complaints Create daily dispatch and inventory reports Coordinate with factory team for FG replenishment Graduate 2–3 years experience in D2C logistics / customer support Experience with Shiprocket, Amazon Seller Central Excellent communication skills for calls High empathy towards customers
Location : Hyderabad Role Type : Full-time, On-site
Salary : ₹25,000–35,000 / month (depending on experience)
