Role : SAP Project manager

Location : Bangalore-Work from office

JD :

➢ Min 5 Years in Project Management

➢ SAP Activate Certified

➢ PMP Certified (or) ITIL Certified

➢ Managed 3 SAP / Non-SAP Implementation Projects with at least 1 End-End SAP Greenfield Implementation Project

➢ Experienced in IT Managed Services for minimum period of 1 Year

➢ Experience in Microsoft Projects

PMO Delivery Services :

➢ Proven experience in project planning, procurement documentation, and multi-project coordination

➢ Ability to interpret governance procedures and align reporting to KPIs and escalation paths

➢ Familiarity with execution oversight including milestone tracking, QA / QC processes, and benefit

realization

➢ Financial awareness to support budgeting, risk forecasting, and cost control

➢ Working knowledge of utility-sector project environments and stakeholder alignment

➢ Strong communication skills for reporting, coordination, and executive interfacing

➢ Experience in preparing documentation for audits, compliance checks, and traceability

PMO Design & Development Services :

➢ Technical expertise in digital asset management, license usage evaluation, and optimization techniques

➢ Familiarity with lifecycle planning for IT tools, infrastructure, and enterprise agreements

➢ Ability to perform tool / system assessments, roadmap development, and user requirement mapping

➢ Experience in facilitating tool enhancements, implementation tracking, and system testing

➢ Understanding of integration protocols and cybersecurity considerations in tool environments

➢ Capability to document enablement procedures and deliver user adoption materials
