Zero Protocol is a bilingual (Telugu + English) podcast that dives deep into startups, identity, discipline, and inner growth — a rebellion in slow motion.

We host founders, creators, and thinkers who are redefining success with clarity and calm.

We’re looking for a story-driven Video Editor who can turn raw conversations into cinematic visual narratives . Someone who feels the rhythm of emotion and story structure as much as the beat of a timeline.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce long-form podcast episodes (60–90 min) for YouTube and audio platforms.
• Cut 8 – 12 shorts per week from each episode for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Design visually engaging titles, captions, and motion graphics aligned with the Podcast aesthetic.
• Enhance audio, color grade, and balance sound levels to professional quality.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all formats.
• Work with creative and social teams to craft stories that make people pause, think, and come back.
• Stay updated on editing trends, styles, formats optimized for longform and shortform storytelling.
