- Develop, implement, and deliver courses in medical surgical nursing at the undergraduate and / or graduate levels.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods, simulation, and technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Foster critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based practice in students.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in the field of medical surgical nursing.
- Seek external research funding through grants and collaborative partnerships.
- Mentor and guide students in research projects and scholarly activities.
- Contribute to community engagement and service initiatives related to medical surgical nursing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, junior faculty, and colleagues.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative academic environment.
- Participate in faculty development programs.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on advancements in medical surgical nursing and education.
