Proficient in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with overseas production workflows and lead times is preferred Experience working with performance fabrics or fashion / apparel brands is preferred

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage fabric follow-ups and track production and delivery schedules
- Maintain and update costing sheets
- Coordinate and maintain production schedules and timelines with vendors and internal teams
- Liaise and assist with cross-functional needs
- Track fabric deliveries and raw material status with overseas vendors
- Maintain and update costing sheets and assist with price negotiations when needed
- Log and track sample development (lab dips, fit samples, SMS, TOP samples, etc.)
- Coordinate approvals for fabrics, trims, prints, and packaging
