Sales and Revenue Growth : Meeting or exceeding sales targets by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Problem-Solving : Acting as a point of escalation for client issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to find and implement effective solutions.
Reporting : Preparing and presenting regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and sales forecasts to both the client and senior management.
