About the Role

Incuwise is hiring a Full-Stack Blockchain Developer to lead the end-to-end build of a new crypto intelligence platform under incubation. You'll be responsible for developing a real-time dashboard product with wallet analytics, on-chain verification tools, NFT-based utility — powered by XRPL — along with a companion mobile app built in Flutter .

This role is perfect for a hands-on builder who enjoys full autonomy and solving both frontend and backend challenges — including smart contracts, blockchain data pipelines, cross-platform app development, and advanced Web3 integrations.

Responsibilities

Build the complete web app using React.Js, Node.Js, MongoDB
Develop a mobile application using Flutter , integrated with the platform
Integrate with XRPL blockchain : wallet auth, token handling, escrow flows
Implement NFT minting and marketplace features (perks, wallet sync, real-time access)
Set up basic smart contract logic for multi-sig and verification flows
Deploy platform securely on AWS or GCP
Optional : Integrate analytics APIs for compliance insights

Bonus If You Have

Previous experience building Web3 dashboards, NFT utility platforms, or crypto apps

Expertise in tokenomics or gated access models

Strong product judgment and ability to think like a founder

Familiarity with XRPL wallets like XMagnetic.Net

Built cross-platform blockchain apps using Flutter before

📍Important

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity. Only apply if you are comfortable with a daily commute to our office in Noida .

Remote or hybrid work is not an option for this role. Preference will be given to candidates from the Delhi / NCR region.
