Generative AI Systems Specialist

Job descriptionTeam Leadership : Lead a team of interns focused on AI workflow creation, LLM integrations, and prompt engineering. Mentorship : Train interns in Generative AI concepts, best practices, and tools — including LLM-based agents and vector databases. Project Management : Manage project allocations, ensure deliverables align with business goals, and support debugging and deployment of AI solutions. Performance Monitoring : Track progress, provide feedback, and guide interns in developing their AI engineering careers. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field . 7+ years of overall professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or related technical fields. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI systems using LLMs, AI-driven automation, and agent-based architectures. Proficient in Python and JavaScript (experience with FastAPI is a plus). Experience with AI tools such as Dify.Ai, Windsurf, Cursor , and various LLMs (e.G., OpenAI, Mistral, Claude). Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of CI / CD pipelines (e.G., GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Strong command of version control using Git . Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals , including data structures and algorithms. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams. Familiarity with advanced Generative AI tools and frameworks such as ElevenLabs, Mistral, Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Groq . Understanding of RAG architectures , vector databases , and AI agent frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI, or Superagent . Exposure to platforms including MCP, Hugging Face, OpenRouter, Flowise, or ChromaDB .

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer with 7+ years of overall professional experience , including 3+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence , specifically building and deploying Generative AI systems. This role involves both strong technical contributions and the ability to lead and mentor a team of interns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable AI solutions using large language models (LLMs), advanced AI workflows, and automation tools that drive real-world impact.

- Design & Development : Build, deploy, and optimize Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI workflow automation tools.
- Architecture : Collaborate on designing scalable, reliable AI architectures using platforms such as Dify.Ai, Windsurf, or Cursor.
- Research & Innovation : Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, including LLMs, agent frameworks, and automation tools, and integrate them into our solutions.
- Testing & Validation : Develop robust testing and validation processes to ensure AI workflows, agents, and APIs are reliable, accurate, and scalable.
