Job descriptionProject management for one Brand, completing RASCI matrix with international teams and within R&D. Bike evaluations, assembly, team handling, report preparation, meeting handling. Basic 2W knowledge. Team handling capability. Analytical capability. Soft-spoken, confident, assertive, and smart in decision making. Team player. 2W riding skills - on road. Good physical fitness. Must know data analysis. Process improvements. Hands-on experience on assembly area. Aware about the new technologies and testing protocols needed to validate the same.
Essential :
- Ability to handle 8~12 engineers’ team and 10+ projects.
- Ability to handle meetings with international teams on Teams call / physical meeting. Must have very good proficiency in English language.
- Need sufficient riding exposure and understanding of 2W vehicle dynamics.
- Good knowledge of vehicle assembly and its sub-parts assembly.
- Ability to do data analysis.
- Hands-on experience.
