About the Company :

Roles and Responsibilities :

As a consultant, you will be driving business for the organization as well as built network with senior tech-sales professionals and advice them on their next career move. You will be responsible for :

1. Business Development : Deepen relationships with existing clients & onboard new clients by leveraging on market insights and commercial intelligence.

2. Talent Advisory : Advise clients on the best talent acquisition strategies and solutions and provide holistic solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

3. Stakeholder Management : Establish and nurture relationships with founders and senior industry leaders, understanding business drivers and providing consultative hiring advice.

4. Building Network : You will connect with senior leaders to build a strong network of potential candidates as a trusted advisor.

Skills and qualifications :

  • Tier 1 MBA with 2 to 4 years' experience working in a sales or a customer facing role.
  • Prior experience in enterprise sales with a technology company will be preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a track record of success as a professional.
