Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can not only handle end-to-end social media strategies but also manage a team effectively. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in content writing, digital marketing, and a good understanding of website requirements , ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Manage and guide the content and design team for campaign execution.
Create engaging and original content tailored for different channels.
Collaborate with the web development team to align social media campaigns with website requirements and updates.
Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (2–4 years preferred).

Strong content writing and storytelling skills.

Good understanding of website structures, requirements, and digital marketing integration.

Team management and leadership skills.

Hands-on experience with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics.
