About Mosha Health :
Mosha Health is a fast-growing health-tech startup focused on healing chronic gut issues through nutrition, lifestyle, and science-backed wellness solutions. We’re now expanding into the nutraceutical and supplements space — creating products that combine clinical effectiveness with clean, high-quality ingredients.
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can help us launch and scale our supplements vertical end-to-end.
Role Overview :
You will work directly with the founder and cross-functional teams to execute the complete e-commerce and product launch journey — from managing vendors and licenses to ensuring products are listed, shipped, and visible on leading marketplaces.
This role is ideal for someone with a finance or business background (CA / BBA) and 1–3 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce operations, or consulting (Big 4 - KPMG / EY / PWC / Deloitte preferred), who wants to build something from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. E-commerce Setup & Management
- Manage product listings on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and the Mosha website
- Coordinate product shoots, descriptions, and content uploads
- Track sales, returns, and platform analytics
2. Supply Chain & Inventory
Coordinate with manufacturers, packaging vendors, and fulfillment partnersMaintain inventory records and ensure stock availabilityManage packaging, shipping timelines, and vendor payments3. Regulatory & Compliance
Assist in obtaining FSSAI, GST, and other relevant licensesMaintain compliance documentation for supplements and nutraceuticals4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with content and design teams on branding, product labels, and launch creativesSupport finance and accounting tasks (vendor invoices, reconciliations, cost tracking)5. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis and pricing researchIdentify marketplace trends and operational improvementsWho You Are :
CA (Inter or Qualified) / BBA / B.Com (H) / B.Tech with strong analytical skillsExperience : 1–3 years in D2C / E-commerce / Consulting / Operations (Big 4 preferred)Strong execution mindset with attention to detailComfort with Excel / Google Sheets and digital platformsProactive, organized, and eager to learn about wellness and consumer brandsWhat You’ll Get :
