About the Role :

We're looking for a seasoned and inventive Senior Software Engineer to help us build the next generation of our products. You'll be a key player in our engineering team, focusing on developing new, "greenfield" solutions and guiding our junior developers. Your Impact :

  • Lead the development of innovative software using methodologies like Design Thinking and Agile.
  • Architect and build brand-new products with a diverse tech stack that includes Java, Python, JavaScript, and Go.
  • Collaborate with high-impact teams in a transparent and flat organizational culture.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to help junior team members grow their skills.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through rigorous code reviews and best practices.
  • Contribute to the strategic design of new and existing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of software development trends.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Hands-on experience with a range of languages, including Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Deep expertise in server-side development, with a primary focus on Java.
  • Familiarity with UI frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, or jQuery.
  • A strong commitment to clean code and engineering best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    • Logistics & Additional Details :

    This is a hybrid position in Bangalore. Immediate joiners or those with a 30-day notice period are preferred.

    Bonus Points :

  • A product and customer-focused mindset.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI / CD, and related tooling.
  • Exposure to big data, machine learning, or NLP.
