Job description~2 years of experience in product management (post-MBA preferred). Proven record of contributing to impactful projects in fast-paced environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguity. Hunger to learn, experiment, and innovate. Exposure to the product lifecycle (discovery → GA → scale) in Agile environments. Ability to convert technical concepts into business value and user stories. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management. Working knowledge of AI, data, cloud, ML, and data science. Hands-on experience with analytics / experimentation tools (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, A / B testing, etc.). Exposure to Business Analyst, Sales, Data Science, or Development roles. Experience with Conversational AI or automation platforms. Certifications in Agile / Scrum or cloud / AI platforms. Collaborate across six practices (Supply Chain, CXM, Data Engineering, Data Science, Digital Engineering, GenAI) and multiple verticals (Retail, CPG, BFSI, Healthcare, TMT, Travel & Hospitality). Work hands-on with technologies from GCP, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake. Explore innovations beyond web — including Generative AI, VR, humanoids, and mobile platforms. Launch 3–4 accelerators annually, gaining exposure across industries and practices. Participate in leading industry events such as Cypher and DES.

About the Role
We are seeking a Product Owner to join our Generative AI R&D Studio team. You will play a key role in translating business objectives into impactful AI-driven accelerators and products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation at the frontier of enterprise AI.
What are Accelerators?
Accelerators are reusable mini-products designed to cut delivery timelines by 30–70% while enhancing client outcomes. At Studio R&D, we experiment, design, and build accelerators across industries like Retail, CPG, BFSI, Healthcare, and more — enabling faster client value delivery and execution at scale.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, QA, and design to deliver high-quality features.
- Support sales, marketing, and customer success through demos, release notes, documentation, and enablement collateral.
- Assist delivery teams with product support during client implementations.
- Track product success metrics, analyze performance, and synthesize learnings.
- Research emerging technologies across Tredence’s business areas.
- Own prompt engineering and evals efforts for your respective product / accelerators.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders.
