We are seeking a Sr. Customer Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers succeed.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions in our knowledge base.
- Train and mentor junior support staff as needed.
- Monitor and analyze support metrics to improve service quality.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.Strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques and methodologies.Experience with ticketing systems and customer support software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with cloud services and web technologies.Skills Required
