Technical Marketing Specialist | Laggo Media

About the Role :

We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist  to help design, build, and optimize full-funnel marketing systems for our clients across social media, paid advertising, and CRM automation. This role blends creative marketing execution with deep technical knowledge of digital infrastructure — ideal for someone passionate about data-driven growth, automation, and results.

Responsibilities :

Develop, launch, and manage  Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads  campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.

Set up and optimize  CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)  — including pipelines, automations, workflows, and reporting dashboards.

Build and manage  sales funnels , landing pages, and appointment booking systems.

Track and analyze  key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates)  and produce performance reports for clients.

Implement  retargeting campaigns , SMS / email automation sequences, and A / B testing.

Integrate marketing systems with tools like  Zapier ,  Meta Conversion API , and  Google Tag Manager .

Collaborate on  ad creatives, copywriting, and technical setup  to ensure every campaign runs smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications :

Strong understanding of  Meta Ads Manager ,  Google Ads , and  analytics platforms .

Hands-on experience with  GoHighLevel (GHL)  or other CRM platforms.

Proficiency in  funnel building  (ClickFunnels, GHL, or Webflow).

Familiarity with  SEO, Google My Business optimization, and website analytics .

Experience with  API integrations ,  automations , and  data tracking tools .

Analytical mindset — able to translate metrics into actionable strategy.

Excellent written communication for client reporting and ad copy.

Nice-to-Have :

Understanding of  AI tools  (ChatGPT, Jasper, Zapier AI, etc.) for marketing automation.

Experience working with  home service, B2B, or industrial clients .

Background in  system design ,  data pipelines , or  SaaS integrations .
