Stock Officer

We are seeking a Stock Officer to manage and maintain accurate inventory records for our organization. The ideal candidate should have a commerce background (B.Com / M.Com), 2–3 years of experience in stock management, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
• Monitor inventory movements and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for smooth stock flow.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods to avoid damage.
• Assist in forecasting stock requirements and managing reorder levels.
• Handle stock-related queries and provide timely updates to management.
