Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Development Leadership : Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications, with a primary focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
  • Architecture : Architect and implement solutions for Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, ensuring they align with best practices and business requirements.
  • Process Automation : Develop complex automation using Flows, Process Builders, and Triggers.
  • Integrations : Manage all aspects of Salesforce integrations using SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs.
  • Security & Governance : Implement and maintain robust Security and Sharing rules to protect data integrity and control access.
  • Team Management : Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure the team adheres to high standards of quality and & Qualifications :
  • Experience : 8+ years of total experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.

Technical Skills :

  • Core Development : Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
  • Salesforce Platforms : Experience with Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.
  • Automation : Expertise in Flows, Lightning, Aura, Apex, Triggers, and SOQL.
  • Integrations : Solid knowledge of Salesforce Integrations using SOAP, REST, and Bulk APIs.
  • Security : Strong knowledge of Security & Sharing Rules.
  • Bonus Skills : Familiarity with HexaBPM is a plus.

    • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead a team, mentor junior developers, and collaborate effectively with :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
