Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience in Media and Digital hiring , and a strong desire to grow in the talent acquisition domain. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Draft, update, and post job descriptions across various platforms.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide timely feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Requirements :

Location : Mumbai, (Goregaon)

Reporting To : HR Manager

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Work Mode : Onsite
