Better Marketing helps US-based service businesses grow by generating leads and building authority online. Our primary content channels are email newsletters, short-form videos, and SEO-friendly blogs.

We are looking for a content creator to create, edit, and publish short-form videos that educate, inspire, and convert US local business owners. You’ll use AI tools and manual creativity to consistently produce high-quality, engaging content around marketing strategies and lead generation for local businesses.

Responsibilities :

Produce 3–5 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Generate content ideas using AI or manual research : tips, mini tutorials, client stories, and “how local businesses can get more leads.”

Script, record, edit, caption, and publish videos optimized for engagement and lead generation.

Repurpose top-performing videos for other channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletter snippets).

Track video performance and iterate for higher reach and engagement.

Requirements :

3+ years of hands-on experience creating short-form videos. Proven experience creating high-engagement short-form videos on Instagram or YouTube.

Strong storytelling, editing, and visual design skills.

AI-native : can ideate, script, edit, and optimize content using AI tools for speed and quality.

Independent, creative, and results-driven.

Passion for helping small / local businesses grow is a plus.
