Junior Operations Specialist

Job description

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate daily e-commerce shipment pickups and deliveries
Communicate effectively with courier partners and delivery staff
Track and update order statuses using logistics software
Assist in packaging, labeling, and dispatching of parcels
Maintain shipment records and documentation
Address basic delivery / customer queries in local language
Report delivery issues, delays, or returns to the senior executive
Scan barcodes using the app for inbound / outbound goods
Ensure timely and safe shipment as per company protocols

🔹 Skills Required :

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms

Minimum 65% aggregate in academics

Proficiency in MS Excel

Willingness to work flexible hours

🔹 Added Advantages :

Basic fluency in English (mandatory);

additional languages are a plus

Certification or strong knowledge in MS Excel

Awareness of city / district / zone-wise logistics mapping
