Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving set sales targets. Additional duties include understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions, preparing sales reports, collaborating with the marketing team to strategize, and representing the company at promotional events. The role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to drive customer satisfaction and ensure revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Ability to analyze customer needs, generate leads, and close deals
  • Skills in Communication, Problem-solving, and Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Experience in preparing Sales Reports and working towards measurable targets
  • Knowledge of merchandising or retail industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
