About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural & Interior Design Draughtsman / Renderer to support our design team in delivering exceptional high-end residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate combines technical precision with an eye for aesthetics — translating design concepts into accurate drawings and high-quality 3D visuals.

You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and product teams to develop drawings, renders, and layouts that bring creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design Documentation

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
• Convert conceptual sketches and design intent into precise AutoCAD / Revit drawings ready for production and site execution.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Maintain drawing libraries and version control for all projects.
