Primary Mandatory Skills

ReactJS Expert level proficiency in building scalable maintainable frontend applications
Nodejs Strong backend development skills including RESTful API design and integration
Azure Web Apps Experience deploying and managing applications in Azure including CICD pipelines
Azure SQL Database Proficiency in designing querying and optimizing relational databases in Azure
Git Version Control Solid understanding of branching strategies pull requests and code reviews
JavaScript, TypeScript Deep knowledge of modern JavaScript and TypeScript for both frontend and backend development
RESTful APIs Microservices Architecture Ability to design and consume APIs effectively
CI / CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions Experience setting up automated build and deployment pipelines
Unit Integration Testing

o Secondary Skills

These enhance productivity collaboration and scalability

Ability to collaborate with designers and translate UIUX designs into code

Performance Optimization Skills in profiling and optimizing frontend and backend performance

Security Best Practices Awareness of secure coding practices especially in cloud environments

Monitoring Logging eg., Azure Monitor App Insights Ability to set up and interpret application telemetry
