ProAmica is a trusted education consultancy that assists students in fulfilling their dream of studying abroad. We work closely with leading global universities and partners to ensure that every student receives personalized guidance and a seamless experience from application to admission.

We’re growing rapidly — and we’re looking for energetic, communicative, and empathetic individuals to join our Customer Success team and help us strengthen relationships with students, partners, and universities worldwide.

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our students and institutional partners. You will ensure that every interaction with ProAmica is smooth, professional, and rewarding — right from onboarding to post-admission support.

This is an excellent role for fresh graduates who enjoy communicating with people, learning quickly, and working in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for students, university partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for students applying to foreign universities.
  • Coordinate with university representatives for application updates, offers, and partner communications.
  • Track student progress and ensure timely follow-ups at every stage of the application journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and communication logs in CRM systems.
  • Support in webinars, partner meetings, and student information sessions.
  • Gather feedback and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage communications with multiple stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • No prior experience required — fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Interest in the international education / study abroad industry is a plus.
