The role :

• Working remotely with a team of consultants on the ground in Tokyo
• Identify, engage, and match top professionals with the right opportunities.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and qualification processes in both English and Japanese.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring successful placements.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and account managers to ensure alignment with client specifications and project timelines along with contribute to team success.
