We are seeking Software Engineers early in their careers who want to grow with the organization and build strong fundamentals in backend, frontend, and production systems. This role is ideal for curious, hands-on engineers eager to learn how real-world software behaves in production.

You will collaborate closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to build scalable, high-quality software solutions. You won’t be expected to operate at a senior or tech-lead level from day one; instead, you will grow through guided ownership, mentorship, and increasing responsibility over time .

• Data Integration with Third-Party CRMs : Build solutions that integrate customer data seamlessly across systems.
• Event and Fundraising Management Tools : Enhance tools for event management and fundraising to improve usability and effectiveness.

• High System Availability : Contribute to maintaining reliable, high-performing software systems.
