About Us :

Lascade is a fast-growing mobile app studio creating scalable, user-centric experiences across platforms. We're hiring a UI / UX Designer to elevate our app and web products with clean, delightful interfaces and seamless journeys.

What You'll Do :

Design mobile-first UI / UX for iOS, Android, and responsive web.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to shape intuitive app flows.
Own the visual consistency and component structure across design systems.
Create prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and final visual designs.
Bring insights from user behavior, funnels, and retention into design iterations.

What We're Looking For :

Portfolio demonstrating experience with mobile and web UI / UX design.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Understanding of design systems, UX principles, and user psychology.

A bias toward clean, modern aesthetics and usability-driven layouts.

Comfortable working in an agile and fast-paced product environment.
