Job Title : Bakery Store Operations Manager

Location : - Chennai

Exp : - 10+ years in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in bakery, QSR, or café chains.

Job Description : -

Lead Operations : Oversee all bakery outlets, central kitchens, and support teams.

  • Drive Excellence : Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, hygiene, and brand standards.
  • Innovate & Collaborate : Work with Supply Chain, QA, and R&D to drive quality, cost, and speed.
  • Mentor Teams : Manage and develop our store teams.
  • Grow the Business : Lead outlet expansion, new launches, and retrofits

Experience required : - 10+ years in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in bakery, QSR, or café chains.

  • Proven success managing 25+ stores.
  • Strong understanding of bakery production, display management, and FOH service models.
  • Excellent data analysis and a sharp eye for detail.
