Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive business relationships with large enterprise accounts (named accounts).
- Identify opportunities for Data & Database Security Solutions , especially in Backup Management , Database Activity Monitoring , and Data Encryption .
- Engage directly with key stakeholders across client teams – IT, User Teams, Project Managers, and Backup Admins .
- Lead clients through the entire Sales Cycle – Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, and Closure.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
- Maintain strong account mining strategy for repeat business and solution expansion.
- Collaborate with internal solution architects or technical teams as needed
Candidate Requirements :
10 to 15 years of direct B2B sales experience in IT Application and Data Security Solutions .Proven success in Database Security / Monitoring (Postgres, MongoDB, Percona, etc.) and Opensource Database Solutions sales.Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets.Hands-on experience managing enterprise accounts with full accountability for relationship and revenue.Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of operating independently.Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi , and the local language as needed.Comfortable presenting to and negotiating with CXOs, IT Heads, Project Leaders , and technical stakeholders.Educational Qualifications
Graduate in Engineering / Science (preferred)MBA in Marketing / Sales or equivalentCandidates can directly fill the form :
