Data Analyst

Location : Pune, India (In‑Person)

Position : Full‑Time / Paid Internship with potential for Full‑Time Hire (On‑site Required)

Role Overview

Wynisco is seeking a proactive Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through rigorous analysis, visualization, and insight generation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to transform raw data into meaningful business intelligence on platforms like Shopify, CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot), and SQL / NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and preprocess data from various sources : databases, APIs (e.g., CRM, Shopify), and spreadsheets.

Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and feature engineering using Python , NumPy , Pandas , and SQL.

Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau , Power BI , or custom interactive visualizations.

Generate and present comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate insights into FastAPI-driven applications and data pipelines.

Maintain data quality standards and perform regular audits.

Stay updated on industry best practices and propose new analytics tools or improvements.

Requirements Required Skills

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

Strong proficiency in Python , including NumPy , Pandas , and scikit‑learn .

Solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).

Experience with data visualization tools : Tableau , Power BI , or Python tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn).

Familiarity with RESTful API usage (FastAPI knowledge beneficial).

Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves

Exposure to CRM / data systems like Salesforce , HubSpot , or Shopify

Ability to interface with APIs to fetch and analyze CRM / shop data.

Basic experience with ML techniques and libraries : scikit‑learn , TensorFlow .

Working knowledge of Docker, CI / CD, Git, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Understanding of data quality frameworks and ETL pipelines.
