The Job

We are seeking Product Development Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Develop and optimize formulations for mouthwashes, toothpaste, gels, and other oral hygiene products.

Conduct stability studies, pH and viscosity testing, and microbial preservation testing.

Work with ingredients such as alcohols, essential oils, surfactants, flavors, and preservatives.

Troubleshoot formulation issues (e.g., settling, separation, flavor loss).

Ensure formulations comply with regulatory and safety standards (e.g., BIS, FDA, ISO).Interface with procurement, QA / QC, and production teams.

The Profile

B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in personal care or oral care product development.

Strong knowledge of solubilizers, preservatives, emulsions, and stability protocols.

Familiarity with GMP documentation and lab-scale to production-scale transitions.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in alcohol-based and non-alcoholic mouthwash development.

Experience in toothpaste formulation preferred.

Basic knowledge of flavor and fragrance blending.
