This is a repetitive, SOP-driven back-office role handling templated clinician / clinic communications, records hygiene, and daily logs. No calls. No sales. Confidentiality first.

What you’ll do

• Execute templated, high-volume clinician / clinic communications via approved channels (no ad-libs).
• Keep records accurate : titles (Dr vs Clinic), dedupe, validate org details, maintain Do-Not-Contact lists.
• Triage inbound responses using canned flows and update trackers.
• End-of-day QA : counts, exceptions, and variance notes.
• Follow SOPs exactly; escalate exceptions immediately; protect confidentiality.
