Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher who loves working with young children, fosters creativity, and supports each child’s unique learning journey. You’ll play a key role in shaping a safe, stimulating, and loving classroom experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Montessori and activity-based learning methods
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured play, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities
- Maintain a warm, positive, and organized classroom environment
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and share updates with parents
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff on school events and learning programs
- Communicate professionally with parents and address any concerns in a timely manner
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field preferredMontessori training or certification is a strong plusMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a preschool or kindergarten settingExcellent communication skills in English and / or TeluguWarm, patient, and creative approach to teachingBasic tech familiarity (smart classrooms, activity screens, etc.) is a bonus.The pay is 20,000+ based on experience & capability.
