- Collaborate with other departments ensuring seamless communication and integrated processes.
- Experience in project management and leadership.
- Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency and implement process enhancements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Operations Management
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations for the Chennai site.
- Optimize operational processes and procedures to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Regularly track and report on operational performance metrics.
- Maintain policy and procedure documents.
- Process Implementation Improvement
- Execute the implementation of new processes and procedures successfully.
- Identify and implement ways to enhance employee experiences and maintain high engagement.
- Employee Relations Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related questions.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave requests, and contact information.
- Brand Marketing
- Support recruitment and marketing activities to increase our presence in Chennai.
