Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead specializing in Oracle ERP and Applications to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in leading quality assurance initiatives for Oracle Cloud implementations, with extensive experience in testing Oracle ERP modules, applications integration, and end-to-end business process validation across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive QA activities for Oracle ERP and Applications projects, overseeing test strategy development, execution planning, and quality deliverable coordination across multiple project phases.
• Develop and implement robust test strategies, test plans, and testing methodologies specifically tailored for Oracle Cloud modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, and Procurement applications.
• Possess hands-on expertise in functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing of Oracle ERP applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business-critical processes and system functionality.
• Design and execute complex test scenarios for Oracle Cloud implementations, including data migration testing, interface testing, and cross-module integration validation to ensure seamless system performance.
• Lead test automation initiatives using industry-standard tools and frameworks, developing automated test scripts for Oracle applications to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual testing overhead.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical developers, and business analysts to understand system requirements, identify potential risks, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support to build high-performing quality assurance capabilities.
• Establish and maintain defect management processes, tracking and reporting on defect metrics, resolution timelines, and quality indicators to stakeholders and project leadership teams.
• Conduct thorough test case reviews, test execution monitoring, and result analysis to ensure comprehensive test coverage and identify areas requiring additional validation or remediation efforts.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination with client stakeholders, facilitating test scenario execution, issue resolution, and sign-off processes to ensure business requirement satisfaction.
• Develop comprehensive test documentation including test strategies, test cases, test execution reports, and quality metrics dashboards to support project governance and compliance requirements.
• Implement quality gates and checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet established quality criteria before progressing to subsequent project phases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute performance testing, load testing, and scalability validation for Oracle ERP applications under various business scenarios.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, new testing tools, and industry best practices, continuously improving QA processes and methodologies to enhance testing effectiveness.
• Provide quality assurance expertise during go-live activities, supporting production validation, issue triage, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
