- Lead Management & Qualification
- Handle inbound inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, social media, and property portals.
- Identify qualified leads and schedule property discussions or site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high lead conversion.
- Client Coordination
- Provide clients with detailed information about projects, pricing, and amenities.
- Share brochures, project details, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate property site visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support to Sales Team
- Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities.
- Maintain customer databases, records, and sales trackers.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and sales representatives.
- Market Awareness
- Stay updated on project details, inventory, and real estate trends.
- Provide feedback on customer queries to help improve sales strategies.

- 1โ2+ years of experience in real estate pre-sales or customer relationship roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
