Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lawyer, based in Mumbai. The Senior Lawyer will oversee legal casework, provide counsel to clients, handle and manage litigation processes, and draft and review legal documents. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable laws, offering legal opinions, and representing clients in court when necessary. The role also requires working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in legal drafting, legal research, and legal documentation
• Expertise in litigation processes, client counseling, and contract analysis
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and legal strategy development
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines
• Relevant experience in family law or corporate law is an advantage
• Possession of a law degree (LLB or equivalent) and active enrollment in the bar association
• 7 year plus experience.
