Company Description EduniGo is an intelligent platform that streamlines the study journey for students, parents, and agents by turning course search and university applications into a single, clean digital experience. We use structured data and AI-powered matching to help users quickly find and compare best-fit programmes, then manage every application in one place. Institutions gain a data-rich pipeline of qualified applicants and clear insight into performance across programmes, intakes, markets, and partners. We run as a remote, high-performance team and expect ownership, speed, and very high engineering standards.
Role Description We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Node.js / React) to help build and scale our core platform. This is a remote, full-time role.
You will design, develop, and maintain production-ready web applications across the stack, from API design and data models to polished, responsive UIs. Day to day, you’ll :
Build and evolve front-end features in React that feel fast, clean, and intuitive.
Design and implement Node.js APIs and services that are reliable, secure, and easy to extend.
Work closely with product and design to turn ideas into shippable features, not endless specs.
Optimise performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep latency and errors low.
Contribute to our engineering standards, code review culture, and deployment practices.
This role is for someone who wants real ownership of product-critical systems, not just tickets.
Qualifications We care more about skill, output, and attitude than formal education.
You should have :
Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development with Node.js and React .
Solid understanding of modern JavaScript / TypeScript , component-based architecture, and state management.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
Good knowledge of CSS (or CSS-in-JS) and building responsive, accessible interfaces.
Practical experience with databases (SQL and / or NoSQL) and basic data modelling.
Familiarity with cloud platforms , basic DevOps, and deployment pipelines (CI / CD).
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environment .
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ship clean, maintainable code.
Nice to have (not required, but a bonus) :
Experience integrating AI / LLM APIs into real products.
Experience with scraping / ETL pipelines or third-party integrations.
Background in SaaS or marketplace-style products.
If you’re a talented engineer who can prove your skills with real work and want to help build a serious product, we’d like to talk.
