Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Appraisals
o Administer and coordinate the performance appraisal process across academic and administrative teams.
o Support in defining KRAs, KPIs, and development objectives of employees
o Track and monitor appraisal timelines, ensuring adherence to processes.
2. Learning & Development
o Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development requirements.
o Design, coordinate, and facilitate learning programs for faculty and staff.
o Liaise with external trainers and institutions for specialized programs.
o Track and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives.
o Maintain updated training calendars and records
o Encourage and promote a culture of continuous learning
3. Employee Engagement
o Maintain an annual engagement calendar and ensure timely execution of activities.
o Design and implement engagement initiatives such as townhalls, festive celebrations, cultural events, wellness initiatives and employee welfare activities.
o Drive recognition programs to appreciate and reward employee contributions.
o Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and suggestion forums to improve engagement strategies.
o Partner with department heads to promote team-building and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
Ø MBA / PGDM / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
Ø Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Performance Appraisals and Learning & Development.
Ø Experience in the education sector / service industry is desirable but not mandatory
Ø Knowledge of appraisal frameworks, competency mapping, and training design.
Ø Strong facilitation, communication, interpersonal, coordination and execution skills.
Ø Proficiency in MS Office.
Ø Ability to engage stakeholders across academic and administrative functions.
