Overview of the job

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and infrastructure engineers to design and scale algorithmic products, including Generative AI models and Agentic frameworks. Success in this role involves developing high-quality code and GenAI platforms that enhance the deployment of AI applications across the organization. Your work will be pivotal in operationalizing AI models and integrating them into enterprise systems, giving significantly to the company's innovation and technological advancement.

Your team

This role reorts to the Agents and AI Platforms Director. You will be part of a diverse team that includes data scientists, scrum master, and infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovative GenAI solutions.

Functional Performance : Deliver robust AI platforms and accelerators, ensuring seamless integration and scalability of GenAI models and Agentic frameworks.

Revenue and Profits : Develop AI solutions that drive business growth and enhance profitability through innovative applications.

Time-based Performance : Implement and optimize continuous integration and delivery pipelines to improve efficiency over time.

Employee Growth : Mentor junior engineers, fostering their development and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Technical Excellence : Maintain high standards of code quality and compliance, contributing to shared libraries and refactoring as needed.

Responsibilities of the role

• Design and develop scalable AI models, platforms, and Agentic frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
• Implement DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps methodologies in daily operations.
• Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Refactor and contribute to shared code libraries, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coach and train junior engineers, developing training materials.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend best practices for AI model and Agentic framework implementation.
